just purchased my first Benchmade because I kept hearing about all the great support from the company from others. Called to get a deep carry clip for my 940-2 and was told I had to pay $5 to have it sent. Really?? after spending so much on the knife already they can't even send me a deep carry clip. I'm probably going to return the knife and buy something else then. disappointing...
product is alright quality kind of overpriced but their recent stance on the 2nd amendment will keep me from ever buying another product and there is again. extremely disrespectful

I sent an expensive knife in with a broken blade to have it repaired. They called and told me it could not be repaired because no back up blades were available. They started laughing at me when I told them how it happened! I am not laughing since it was an expensive knife! Now I find out who they donate to during elections! No more Benchmade for me or my friends!! Plenty of other great brands to go to!!!!
Overpriced, quality control issues which are risky for Canadians to try to get fixed. Plus they are hypocrites for supporting anti gun politicians.
