Ben is a total pro. If you ever find yourself facing a problem that requires professional mitigation (water, fire, mold etc) call Balor Restoration. We had a three story home that completely flooded.... Ben got everything put back together, even coordinating with the HOA's insurance to make sure everything got covered.

We reached out to Ben & Balor Restoration with mold and asbestos concerns for a house we were under contract on, built in the mid sixties, and he has been an incredible source of knowledge and guidance, all of which he provided for FREE, though we would have gladly paid him.
