I can barely put into words how promptly they responded to my call and the quality of the work. By quality, I mean how quickly they understood the issue and addressed it, how efficiently it was addressed, and the general demeanor of the workers, which was just excellent. I couldn't say anything better. The owner was extremely engaging and worked with us amazingly. Five stars.

Excellent work! Great help with pricing materials and with insurance communication. Repaired toilet leak, plus subsequent mold, floor, and ceiling repairs.

I've worked with Balor Restoration 3 times now and have been very impressed. Ben is thorough, intentional, and happy to educate and spend the time needed to put my real estate clients at ease. He's become my go-to when restoration related questions come up during the real estate sales process.
