I can barely put into words how promptly they responded to my call and the quality of the work. By quality, I mean how quickly they understood the issue and addressed it, how efficiently it was addressed, and the general demeanor of the workers, which was just excellent. I couldn't say anything better. The owner was extremely engaging and worked with us amazingly. Five stars.

Excellent work! Great help with pricing materials and with insurance communication. Repaired toilet leak, plus subsequent mold, floor, and ceiling repairs.

We used Balor restoration for a water leak. They did a fantastic job at drying everything up, and all the repairs turned out great. I highly recommend them and they are very pleasant to work with.
