I am a frequent regular at the Decatur Benchwarmers, where the staff does an outstanding job and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. Unfortunately, the experience at the Clairmont location tonight was a massive disappointment due to major operational gaps in basic customer service. When I first arrived, I sat at a table.
