Lovely man who does lovely work
On the week of July 7th, I had a necklace Clasp replaced. The original had lost its capability of closing properly. I left the necklace with the jeweler, returned within an hour later and it looked and worked great. It was prompt, courteous service, however just recently the necklace fell off by itself. After examining the "new" Clasp it was found it is not closing properly AND it was not replaced with 14K; the jeweler used 9K, as examined by my home jeweler. We've had an engagement ring and two wedding bands made here and every time it's been a great experience. The service is excellent, the work is quality, and the prices are very reasonable.

Jaime resized a very teeny ring for my daughter, and ended up needing to do a revision due to a hiccup in communication. He did so cheerfully and fairly, and her ring fits her perfectly and came back to us quickly. Very friendly, fair, and efficient!
