We took our little 13 week old toy poodle here for the first time today. Dr. Andrews was super with her and very gentle in giving her the vaccinations she needed. We are excited about having a vet that we can trust, who is kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you also to McKenna, at the front desk, who was very friendly and helpful. We visit Bench Animal frequently due to our pets’ health issues. We always get high quality care at a reasonable price. My dogs love going to see the vet so much that I’ve taken them there on their birthdays just to get treats from Joni.
The best animal hospital in Boise!
I CANNOT say enough about everyone at the Bench Animal Clinic. You will NOT find a better Veterinarian than Dr. Andrews!!! I've been going to him since he started at Bench Animal. Before him it was Dr. Hunt.. all together about 40 years. I would Not trust my pets/babies to anyone else. Not only did Dr. Andrew's save our chihuahua's life when he had cancer but this last year we lost our 17 year old Jack Russell and Dr. Andrew's and everyone there treated us with Such Empathy. Dr. Andrews and his staff are amazing! I have been taking my dog here since she was probably a year old and she is 4 years old now. The previous vet I took her to couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her and it turned out she just has terrible allergies to the point where she used to dig at her face until it was raw and bleeding in just a few hours. Dr. Andrews has her on the perfect remedy to cure her allergies and is always willing to get her in quick (most times the same day) with any issues we have! I’d recommend them... read more
A wonderful, caring staff. Everyone is capable of looking at you right in the eye and speaking heartfelt with you about your animal. They are willing to see any type of animal. They were incredible assistance with my backyard chickens and did several follow up phone calls as we coordinated a necropsy with the USDA. Their prices are very reasonable.
