While driving to Ottawa recently, my car suddenly started to misfire and it went into limp mode just as we were approaching Kaladar. I pulled into a gas station parking lot and searched Google for an auto mechanic. My wife noticed Bence Ford Motors next door and she went in to check if they would be able to look at our car and they said yes. Called a day before to see if they could re-torque my back wheels after a brake job in another town. I knew I’d be passing through Kaladar at the 100 km suggestion. They said sure. The next day I arrived at the time I had told them and got a frosty reception. They’ll get to you when they can. I asked how long and was told, “they’ll get to you when they can.” I was travelling to an appointment in Montreal and could not afford to wait, especially because they couldn’t tell me how long that might be.
