Love this gym, been going for a year now and it’s a great place with chill people and lots of great equipment, all you’ll ever need. It’s also never overcrowded and I never have to wait for more than 5 min max to use something if ever. Also very clean!

Well outfitted private gym. Wide array of free weights and exercise machines in good operating condition, although many show signs of honest use such as surface scratches and upholstery tears. Some customers work with trainers, others on their own, everybody doing their own thing but with a general air of camaraderie. Can get busy.

As a bodybuilder, I’m pretty picky about where I train. I’ve lifted in a lot of gyms over the years, and most commercial gyms just don’t have the equipment, atmosphere, or serious training environment I look for. BenAFits Body Shop in Rockville is one of the few places around here that actually delivers.
