Great community and equipment.
Well maintained gym with proper equipment to see results. Has cleaning stands throughout the gym, a professional cleaning service, and staff who also help with upkeep of gym. Ben, the owner, is extremely professional, welcoming and respectful (as are the rest of the BenAfits trainers). I have been a member for the past 3 years and highly recommend it to anyone! It just keeps getting better.
Intimate gym where everyone knows everyone. That can be intimidating at first, but after 2 or 3 visits, you start getting the “heys” and the “sups” from the people you see there all the time and realize everyone is there for one goal - to get fit and healthy. There’s no judgement and the gym is overall a great place to get a good workout in.
