My Son and Husband have been going for over last 3 years. Hands down best gym they have been to. They talk about it constantly. Great gym.

I've had the privilege of calling Ben's my home gym for many years now. This gym is an incredible place to train with unique pieces of equipment that span all different types of strength-specific disciplines. The community is truly what sets this place apart and I get to be around so many good and genuine people I wouldn't have met without this gym.

I have been a loyal member of this gym for years now, and all I can say is I have been able to achieve so much through my time here! The space is always growing and changing for the better, and the owner really tries to make his members feel listened to and welcome here! If you are serious about strength training, you will find your own kind here! Definitely recommend!

BenAFits has been my home gym for about 4 years now and has always delivered on things that I need. Whether that be 24/7 access for me to fit a gym session in whenever I can, having one of the best gym communities out there, and most importantly as a powerlifter, having all of the competition standard equipment available for use at all times.
