We rented a house for a little over two years, and at the end of our lease, the owner decided to sell the house. Ben Williams was his listing agent. We decided to buy the house, but it bombed inspections. Our inspector found differential settling in the house (extensive) and lots of water damage, so we backed out of the deal.
