Ben is very friendly and professional and provided me with expert guidance in my time of need. I would recommend him to anybody looking for a reliable insurance agent.
After getting my insurance quote and signing on with country financial, a month later they threatened to increase my premium by $80 a month because I did not provide extra information about my vehicles repairs AFTER signing the contract. Due to this lack of due diligence on their end I cannot recommend this insurance company. Look elsewhere.
Beware! Low introductory rates and then consecutive premium spikes for both auto and homeowners insurance even though I don’t live in a high-risk fire area and never had a claim that was my fault in auto, and never made any homeowners claims. We had a tree limb fall on our parked car with minimal damage to body panels only and they raised rates 26% at the next renewal.
