I worked with Ben to help rent out my home. I was nervous about the process as it was my first time as a landlord. Ben put me at ease through the entire process. Ben really knows real-estate and clearly has a deep passion for it. He’s very honest and caring. He legitimately wants to do right by all of his clients and his tenants. Ben Sussman is hands down the best realtor that you can find in the city of Chicago. He has been a real estate professional in Chicago for four years but he knows more about the local market that people that have been in the industry for decades. The level of service that he gave me from day one all the way to our closing was incredible. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home in Chicago I cannot recommend using him enough
