I love their service
receptionist and very rude! Hard to get in contact with claim adjusters ! The workers are lazy and doesn’t care about nothing any one else has going on! I wouldn’t advise no one to go through them!
We have had Ben Spurgin as our broker/agent for over 15 years. When you have this long of a relationship, there is a bit of trust that comes about. In the past several years though, we have not had the best of service. Delayed or no responses, errors in assets and employees covered. We decided to shop elsewhere and found they deliberately requested quotes for renewal which in turn blocks any other brokerage firm from quoting us.
