Not professional at all. My autistic child couldn’t wear a mask in 2021, due to sensory issues. Dr. Ben was so scared, he treated my child like he had a disease. He hung back a distance from my child the entire appointment and when it came time to examine my child, he used a spatula to lift my child’s shirt. We were livid. Put in a complaint and told the office manager to never put us back with Dr. Ben. Ever. Again.
Being a first time parent can be stressful, but Dr Ben’s expertise and reassurance truly put us at ease
Our kids love to come see him. He treats them like we are his own family.
Dr. Ben is truly the most amazing doctor I've ever had the privilege to know. Becoming the mother of triplets can be a terrifying and overwhelming experience, especially as my children were born premature and with very low birth weight. Thankfully however, Dr. Ben and his medical staff have put me and my family at ease during every wellness checkup and chaotic sick visit. I can't imagine trusting anyone more with the health of my children than I do with Dr. Ben (and his team).
There is no better dr for your child. Dr Ben is awesome, it's a privilege to have him as our son's doctor and we are so thankful.
