George and I would like to thank Ernie the STAR mechanic for a wonderful job at repairing my '92' Lexus. My car is now running quieter and the steering is even smoother. My compliments also to Ben and his wife for owning a gas station you can trust and be treated courteously by the staff. John and the rest of the staff is super also and anyone that wants their vehicle in good hands should definitely frequent Ben's Service Center. Kudos, Kudos and more Kudos and that's not enough but my fingers are getting tired.
Rude driver, smoking and blowing smoke in my face. He had passengers in his tow truck so he left me stranded to fend for myself on a busy road and I had to walk home. Disgusting excuse for service! Filing report with the BBB
I have had multiple good experiences with auto repairs at Ben's. I have always found all of them to be fair, and friendly. I am writing this specifically due to my last appointment and my interaction with Val (who I now request), who was the mechanic working on my vehicle. He went out of his way to give me all my options with a repair that could have been very very costly, and he could have recommended something I really did not need at that time.
