I was having trouble with my sons cranks on his bmx racing bike this past Sunday! I usually go to another shop, but they were closed on Sunday. So I gave bens bikes a call.To my surprise, not only were they open, but were happy to help get me out of a jam. I didn't catch the guys name on the phone but he was super helpful and knowledgeable about my crank arm issue. I stop by the shop shortly after i made the call and they had me in and out in minutes!
This was my first visit to this shop, what a fantastic atmosphere! Great people, an amazing selection of bikes and accessories. I was especially impressed with the Women's LIV area of the store!
Great, family run, small business. They know what they are talking about, and they ride the same trails you do. They get it, and are pleasant folks.

First experience was a great one! They tuned up my 15 year old bike for a reasonable price and it works like new.
A really good bike shop. They provide quick service for repairs and their prices are reasonable. They are convenient to Vail and Rita Ranch area bikers. I use them for my primary fixit shop.
