The installation team—Aaron, Jake, Jack, Noah, and Joey—performed professionally. They installed a Daikin Inverter Multi Split System (outdoor unit: 3MXM52RVMA) and two Daikin ZENA Inverter Wall Split Systems (indoor units: CTXJ25TVMAW) in my two bedrooms. Aaron demonstrated how to remove and clean the filters and assisted with setting up Wi-Fi control on my mobile. Jake and team from Ben Rafferty installed 3 x AC units at our house. Great communication, quick, cleaned up and very happy with the new aircon installed. I also use them for servicing our existing AC units and can't fault them. Recommend!
Nobody ever answers the phone, and after a week of calls and messaging, nobody has bothered to speak with me. Even after the intervention of Ben Rafferty, the office manager has not contacted me. It seems the other reviews about failings in this part of the business may be correct. I'm sure they do good work, but I'd be pretty concerned about getting their attention after they had completed it.
The technicians from Ben Rafferty are very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and communicated very well with the installation process. They cleaned the everywhere and put the furniture back in place after having completed the job. We are very impressed and strongly recommend Ben Rafferty to anyone who needs air conditioning installation service.
