Boy oh boy oh boy. Perhaps I slipped thru the cracks... I give this doctors staff a ZERO if I could. Won't return calls. Worrisome labs they never informed me of. Canceled my surgery BUT NEGLECTED TO INFORM ME. Scheduling nurse, Angeline ? gets a zero. Jayden office manager, worthless, another zero. So many red flags! You are all fired! P.S. Thank you for raising my anxiety and blood pressure and making my medical situation worse.
Dr. Mayne has done all of my joint replacements and I would highly recommend him and his practice as he has done amazing work on me. He makes me feel valued & appreciated as a patient. He is a great communicator and an outstanding surgeon. His goal is to improve his patients's quality of life. His office staff is equally awesome.
Dr. Mayne replaced my right knee in 2014...almost 10 years ago. I have never had a problem like many other friends who have had replacements. I often saw Dr. Mayne's PA in the office; however, in the hospital, Dr. Mayne stopped every day to check on my progress. He's professional and caring. Thanks, Dr. Mayne.
Dr. Ben Mayne III is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I received a total knee replacement about 2 weeks ago and I would recommend him to anyone. He's highly respected and surrounds himself with good staff. His PA, Blaine is excellent as well. When having a serious operation like knee or hip replacement done, you want the very best. They are all very nice. The Dr. gave me 3 options and left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do.
Dr. Mayne seems genuinely caring and knowledgeable. His appointments never feel rushed, and he is willing to answer any questions. But there is something wrong with the office: I can never get through on the phone, and the appointments I have made, I went to the office and made them in person. His scheduling people never return my calls.
