Customer service representatives were extremely rude and dismissive to the issues at hand. As I am an educator, I requested a note for my absence while they had my vehicle and they claimed they could not do it and made it seem like I was asking them for a brand new car. They ignored my reasoning for coming in and did not properly explain the issue as to how a camera in the vehicle is connected to the engine and forcing a check engine light to appear all while my car is less than 1 month old and still under all warranties
