I am so thankful the parts department had the actuator for my car, in-stock. The old actuator had gone bad and was making a horrible knocking sound. Very embarrassing. Lori, in service, got me in quickly and George the tech, replaced it lickity-split, and I didn't have an appointment. They were able to work me in right away. Thank goodness.
I had gotten my car serviced July 2024 by the service department. I paid for my car just to get it home and found out that it wouldn't start at all. I've tried speaking with the service techs, just to get attitude, which made it difficult to get any help with this issue. After I paid for a new Altinator, and also had to have my car rewired after Chevrolet had put things back together incorrectly. The staff and service are always print and informative. I’m glad I purchased my first EV from them.
My check engine light came on and my car began to have a lag. Being that my car is still under warranty. I took it to see what was going on. JJ was my service advisor and he plugged it up and two codes came back. One was basically a system update and the other one was for camshaft position sensor. I told him I needed a loaner vehicle. There was a wait for it so once my name came up on the list, about a week or so later I was called to drop my car off.
