I was sold a Citizen watch here... I asked if it's Sapphire Crystal, the associate said yes. I asked why it doesn't say on the bottom, she said that they don't advertise it. As a watch enthusiast, I know that's not the case. I bought the watch anyways, and told the associate not to advertise this computer as Sapphire crystal when she doesn't know and then showed her citizen website where it said Mineral crystal.
