I bought a watch for my wife for her birthday. The sales girl assured me that my wife could bring it back to be sized after purchase at no extra charge. When my wife returned to the store 2 weeks later, she was told that no, they wouldn't adjust it for her. My wife explained that the sales girl that sold wrote down her name on a business card and to bring the watch back anytime for sizing.
