Visited vaughan mills ben moss store , sales consultant khush came to help me . Overall was a very great experience and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a very decent and polite lady. Bought some because earrings and loved the way she presented it to me . I would give her a 10/10 . She is amazing . Lovely lady.
I bought a few jewellery pieces to the store to get some advise on the quality of the jewelery. Although I did not buy anything, the staff member was very kind and professional and shared her knowledge and expertise with me. I forget her name, maybe (Amy or Ashley), but she was very nice, helpful and made me feel welcomed in the store.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa today. Early in our conversation, I used my name in the third person. Easily 15 minutes later, Lisa addressed me by name. Me, with a peanut of a brain, couldn’t figure out how she did that. Only when we were back in the car did we figure it out. Of course, Lisa helped guide us through our purchase and even cleaned our rings. A great, great experience!!!
