I was searching for a brand watch for gift and just visited this store for looking something. I observed the lady staff behavior was very welcoming and interested to deal with the customer. So I just purchased a watch from here.
Visited the store and Manny was great to deal with. Provided exceptional service and got me a great deal!
I called the store and the team was kind to put aside the item without me asking. I arrive at the store the next day to look at it in person, and Connie was extremely helpful explaining each piece and patient while I browsed the store. I prefer the jewelry found at Ben Moss and it is great that we have a store in Ontario. Thank you Connie and team for your help!
Horrible customer service! All the sales associate and manager working at this location are so snobby and think they are all that! Don’t bother coming to this store!
