I have "lifetime" warranties on many purchases from Ben Moss, to find out that they will no longer be honoured or refunds won't be given is absolutely appalling. This is the worst customer service imaginable. I would have never bought a single thing from this chain had I known they were going to close their doors for good. Warranties should atleast be taken over by some other jeweller, now I have to pay money out of pocket everytime something is damaged or lost? Disgusting!!
