Terrible customer service. Received a Christmas present from my son. Item came with "Warranty certificate " with all the important information on it. Item sku, Transaction number, date , name, barcode...everything but the price. All which leads me to believe that this is a gift receipt. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. My recommendation to you: DO NOT purchase jewelry at the Ben Moss, South Centre location. Do not take your jewelry here for repair at this store. We purchased my wedding set at this store back in 2011/2012. Everything was great through the selection, purchase and follow-up phases. Then in 2017 the company announced they were being merged with Charm Jewelry, ending all warranty programs so we had to repurchase the warranty on my ring sets, a SECOND time, at full price. Linda is amazing and very knowledgeable! She really took care of me. Took my older engagement ring and traded it in for a new one and it was a very seamless process. Definitely recommend her for all your diamond purchases!
