My fiancé and I came in here today looking for a wedding band we were warmly greeted by Lori and she gave us the run down of everything they offered. Since it was our first store we decided to look at our other options first before picking which ring my fiancé wanted. The other stores didn’t compare to the customer service Lori provided and we ended up coming back and purchasing the ring. I would recommend coming here to anyone!
I took in a chain that I got as a Christmas gift in for repair but unfortunately, I wasn’t informed there would be a fee for the repair beforehand. Had I known there would be a charge, I likely would have chosen to replace the chain with a better-quality one instead. Just something to be aware of when bringing items in for repair.
Terrible customer service. Received a Christmas present from my son. Item came with "Warranty certificate " with all the important information on it. Item sku, Transaction number, date , name, barcode...everything but the price. All which leads me to believe that this is a gift receipt. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. My recommendation to you: DO NOT purchase jewelry at the Ben Moss, South Centre location. Do not take your jewelry here for repair at this store. We purchased my wedding set at this store back in 2011/2012. Everything was great through the selection, purchase and follow-up phases. Then in 2017 the company announced they were being merged with Charm Jewelry, ending all warranty programs so we had to repurchase the warranty on my ring sets, a SECOND time, at full price.
