I hate lazy and judgmental sales people and this lady knocked it out of the ball park without me stepping foot into the store location. I called in search of my purchase history and the lady who answered my phone call didn't even bother checking and said I don't have any with Ben Moss. If she would of check like the saleman at the crossiron location, which I did purchase from, she would of known that I have made purchases with Charm.
