I visited Southcentre Mall on October 24, 2025, looking for a last-minute birthday gift for a family member. While walking through the mall with my friend today, I saw a sales associate rudely and literally shoo away an elderly man, roll her eyes and start flipping through a catalogue. Obviously that interaction didn’t sit right with me, so my friend and I went over to the older man who we came to find out was trying to fix his watch.
