Bea helped us find my wedding band and she was wonderful. I was being very picky and indecisive and she was incredibly patient and kind. Overall a fantastic experience and I am thrilled with my ring!
The service was very great! Lynora did an excellent job of helping me find jewelry that fit all my specifications and explaining the various options of how it can be achieved. Unfortunately, a lot of the Ben Moss jewelry can't be altered so I ended up having to settle for a metal that didn't match my other jewelry but everything else about the design was a great fit.
They all definitely went above and beyond in Kelowna and in Vernon. Thank you for all you have done

After I had a bad experience with a private jeweller, I decided to go to Ben Moss for help fixing my treasured necklace. I would like to thank Helena who met me with a smile and warm energy. She helped me fix my necklace and even went above and beyond by cleaning my Haida carved silver pendant all at a fantastic price! I’ll definitely be going back for my next jewelry purchase.
