The staff are very helpful and friendly. But I have a diamond ring that needs to be serviced only by Ben Moss regularly for it's warranty. I am required to bring a paper log every time I go. I love out of town and don't always have the paper with me. I've been informed that my paper is the only way to keep track of the warranty. Ben Moss as a company needs to get digital! It's shocking and frustrating this service still isn't track electronically. It's 2025!
