After I had a bad experience with a private jeweller, I decided to go to Ben Moss for help fixing my treasured necklace. I would like to thank Helena who met me with a smile and warm energy. She helped me fix my necklace and even went above and beyond by cleaning my Haida carved silver pendant all at a fantastic price! I’ll definitely be going back for my next jewelry purchase.

I had a such a great experience in Ben Moss today with Pam. She was so lively, up beat and happy. I really felt good when I was shopping for my wedding band. I would highly recommend anyone to go shopping there. The stock is good, I was greated as I was entering the store, and felt like they were listening to my wants and needs when shopping for my wedding band.
My daughters and I went grad present shopping for a necklace for my middle daughter today. We went to several stores and basically ignored. Finally we went into Ben Moss was greeted right away told the lady what we where looking for and instantly knew exactly what we were looking for, and the price was perfect. Thank you so much Pamela for helping us and being so kind.. highly recommend Ben Moss..
