What should have been a fun experience was actually such a turn off. As an lgbt couple, we walked in for the first time to even just wander and look at rings. We were profiled by age, of course called sisters and asked for IDs that she held while we tried on one ring. I immediately felt disgusted and left the store. I will never spend a penny of my money here as a queer person. I encourage you to do better. Get some dei training.
Purchased an engagement ring from the Kildonan Place location in Winnipeg MB. Awful customer service and communication skills. Purchased the ring on Sept 25 2025, advised it would be in Oct 10 2025 and they would ship it to us as we live 6 hours away. Ring was to be resized to size 5 and all receipts and warranty information was to be shipped later.
