The quality of their rings are bad. For context: We bought my wedding band from their KP location 2 yrs ago. I rarely wear my band but I lost a diamond 3 times already (same spot all the time). Brought the ring to their St. Vital location twice to get it fixed —which they did right away and free of charge and brought it once to Polo and they gave us a hard time to get it fixed but they did it anyways. Recently went to try on engagement rings as I wanted to give my partner an idea of what I wanted! I was profiled right away, ignored and forced to give my ID to try them on. Upon giving my ID was still questions about it. As someone who recently moved to Winnipeg for my residency and have an out province license it shouldn’t be a problem. Poor service, poor manners, would highly suggest avoiding a place
