As a first time for me and my girlfriend, Mike helped make the experience of buying a ring so easy, smooth, enjoyable and all around fantastic. He knew well what he was doing, helping us find exactly what we were looking for, and making us laugh along the way, keeping it lighthearted while very professional. It was a blessing of an afternoon.
