Since Ben Moss started to open their new store @ Richmond Centre mall I kept coming back for more. Prices are unbeatable and all the staff are amazing and accommodating. Shout out to Katrina for helping me choose the right pieces as well as to the manager MJ who’s equally nice as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this store.
I went to this store today to pick up a necklace I had ordered. I had already received a notification that it was ready, and I showed both the email and my call history, along with the receipt. However, I was repeatedly told that my item was not there. I was even asked if I had actually paid for it, despite showing proof.
