Linda, the manager, was very compassionate when I had to get my wedding rings cut off. She understood my concerns and she gave me a hug and mentioned I should come back in two weeks when my finger is back to normal to get my rings resized! Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Benn Moss Jewelers. I brought in two Tissot watches for battery replacements and was quoted $33 per watch, for a total of $66. After leaving the watches with the store, I later found out that additional repair work had been performed on one of the watches without my knowledge or approval.
