I had a very good experience with Ben Moss in Midtown. This was all done over the phone- they were able to help me with a corporate gift - with engraving - on a very short notice. Paige, who was helping me, was super sweet, kind and extremely helpful. She did everything she could to make sure we got the gift as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your help and great customer service. Much appreciated and the recipient will love their gift! So happy we will be able to gift it to them on time.

Linda, the manager, was very compassionate when I had to get my wedding rings cut off. She understood my concerns and she gave me a hug and mentioned I should come back in two weeks when my finger is back to normal to get my rings resized! Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back!! 👍🏽👌🏽😊
