I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Benn Moss Jewelers. I brought in two Tissot watches for battery replacements and was quoted $33 per watch, for a total of $66. After leaving the watches with the store, I later found out that additional repair work had been performed on one of the watches without my knowledge or approval. As soon as we got into the store there was instant judgement as if they felt like they were better than my family and I. We have came in the store a few times prior to pick my moms wedding band from getting it sized and the service was horrible, the one lady never does anything and always sits down and the other workers don’t care at all.
