I gave the staff a 3 because there are 2 office workers out of the 3 that are extremely rude. Sometimes I really hate going there because I have to deal with them. The rest of the staff is amazing, but those 2, I cannot tolerate. Dr. Ben is usually on time, the wait time is always the same. She's very helpful, and breaks things down where you understand them. And she's extremely knowledgable. I never had a problem with a misdiagnosis.
I love Dr. Ben, she's always so pleasent and willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. One time my child was very sick and it was closing time but I still called the nurse said they were closed but Dr. Ben overheard and said for us to come on in they would wait for us. We were so thankful. The only thing I don't like is the waiting time it's way to long.
She's nice, but has misdiagnosised my child multiple times & once this led to my child having a reaction to medicine she shouldn't have been on to start with.
