Dr. Mayo has been phenomenal from the beginning of this process. He treats our 14yr old daughter for acl/meniscus tear. From the first apt with mri and results, through surgery and post op he has taken his time with us and has always been super responsive with this nervous mom! Would highly recommend him!
A lot of people said that it was a bit rushed, not rushed, just a well run efficient DR office. They wasted no time, got me back Xray, assistant took some info, Dr Mayo came in listen to what I had to say with my injury. He quickly diagnosed my issue, showed and explained what was going on, gave me a plan of action to get it corrected and sent me on my way. PT with follow up in 6 weeks. In and out in about 40 mins, what more could you ask for.
He was pleasant but too fast for me..Not sure about the surgery as I was told by my knee Dr. to go back to the other one I saw in Dec. Out of Henry Ford . I'd like a copy of the mri please at my next appointment. Thank you!
Dr. Mayo was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me and was honest about my options moving forward. Highly recommend. This is the first time I have really been listened to and was given the opportunity to understand the “why” behind my decade long hip pain. Now I know what to do moving forward.
Dr. Mayo has been absolutely amazing from my first visit to the final post-surgery follow-up. I originally went to him for a meniscus tear, but after looking at the MRI, he explained it was too minor to operate on at the time. A few months later, I took another major tackle and he confirmed I finally needed the surgery. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process.
