Dr. Mayo was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me and was honest about my options moving forward. Highly recommend. This is the first time I have really been listened to and was given the opportunity to understand the “why” behind my decade long hip pain. Now I know what to do moving forward.
Dr. Mayo has been absolutely amazing from my first visit to the final post-surgery follow-up. I originally went to him for a meniscus tear, but after looking at the MRI, he explained it was too minor to operate on at the time. A few months later, I took another major tackle and he confirmed I finally needed the surgery. He was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. I was so thankful Dr. Mayo had an opening on the day I really needed help! His Assistant John was great, and Dr. Mayo knew right away how to assist me with my unbearable hip pain. I'm waiting for my upcoming diagnostic MRI needed, and my anticipated follow up appointment.
This staff is amazing, They get you in and out. I was .really impressed with the service I received. I would recommend other to visit them. Job well done
The practice was very good. Dr Mayo was very professional. The phones are confusing. I had one problem with finding out about my medication, and how much to take. I had to call back 3 or 4 times finally called the next day, and got someone that helped me with my problem. This place is disorganized and do not go there for help
