Dr. Ly is the best doctor I have had in my 81 years of life. He is caring, prompt in answering questions, friendly, up to date on info for seniors ... I feel like a member of his family. It doesn't get any better than Dr. Ly
my experience with dr. ly over the last 3-4 years he has been my GP has been overwhelmingly positive. he’s been flexible with me and quick to respond when i’ve requested (numerous) changes to treatment, he always makes sure i’ve understood every aspect of the treatment plan i’ve received from him. his manner is warm, and he’s been utterly nonjudgmental & empathetic with me about the difficult personal life issues that inevitably come up over years of seeing a primary care doctor. i’ve never had a doctor i liked more. please ... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ly and his staff. He is attentive at my annual physical and helpful when health issues arise throughout the year. He came as a recommendation from a friend when I moved to Portland and I now send friends his way. Very comfortable to talk with. Nurses and office staff are friendly and efficient. Added bonus - so far they have always been on schedule with no time spent in the waiting room!
I wanted to give myself time to focus and think before writing this review, and I do not do so lightly. I went to see Dr.Ly at the recommendation of many friends, and other on-web commendations. And, at first, he was great. He seemed to listen. He seemed to care. He seemed to be interested in what I had to say. But that interest quickly dwindled when I saw him regularly.
