If I could give Ben 10 stars if I could! We met Ben several years ago when he sold our neighbors house. He seemed like a very nice man so we kept in touch and told him we weren’t quite ready to sell, but we would contact him when we were. He contacted us about once a year asked us how we were and that was it. So when we decided to sell a few months ago, Ben went to work. Ben helped us with the sale of our father’s house in Pa. Very knowledgeable in what needed to be done to prepare for the estate sale from start to finish. Very patient with me and was able to answer all and any questions. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Treated is like family!!
