Ben helped us with the sale of our father’s house in Pa. Very knowledgeable in what needed to be done to prepare for the estate sale from start to finish. Very patient with me and was able to answer all and any questions. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Treated is like family!! House was under contract within a few days. process went very smoothly. We couldn’t be any happier with him and the sale of our father’s home. Great personality, you will love him like we do

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Ben made my 1st homebuying experience so smooth. I am still in disbelief I have purchased the perfect home for my family. I am so grateful for Ben and his team. It didnt matter what time of the day it was Ben would answer any questions or concerns I had. Ben is very experienced with homes and would look out for important things during the showings I never would pay attention to(Hvac dates, the roof, etc). Ben and his team truly had my best interest throughout my whole homebuying process.

Ben helped my husband and I with purchasing our first home.
