I would never feel safe inviting this company to my home after witnessing their employees drive aggressively and illegally in clearly marked company trucks. Their behavior was reckless, dangerous, and completely unprofessional. If employees feel comfortable acting this way while representing the company in branded vehicles, it raises serious concerns about management, accountability, and overall standards. I had a really unsettling experience with this company that left us shaken. While there was construction happening nearby, my wife tried to signal a truck driver to slow down—just a simple hand wave. The driver, who I later learned is supposedly a manager at the company, reacted in an unbelievably aggressive way. He slammed on his brakes, jumped out of his truck, and got right in my wife's face, calling her names and threatening to beat her up. Charged for a job I didn’t ask for. Ask for help on why I have water settled in my sprinkler box and the side of it and they tested my sprinklers which I already tested and was fine. $100 bill later to test my sprinklers. Management in this company failed to listen and understand the customer.

I have noticed that most of their negative posts were from eight years ago or during the time of COVID-19. The company staffing or worker response has changed or improved over the last eight years. Any negative response from the time of COVID-19 is unrealistic and unfair. Most companies had staffing issues during that time for a variety of reasons. My interactions with the company have all been positive for the past three years (i.e., the time I have been a customer).
