We had a new furnace and Ac unit installed a little over two years ago. The entire system still works great with no issues. They are easy to work with and when we priced out the system, they offered the best price out of 5 other competitive bids. They are a very non-nonsense company that were easy to interface with. They provided practical advice and offered a solution that was best for our home; no upselling or sales gimmicks. I was offered a discount if I payed with cash.
They were so kind, fast, and provided excellent work!
I am sealing my home. The new buyer had a home inspector come through and look at every thing. I have little faith in these guys, but thats a topic for another time. He reported that the furnace had a cracked header and was unsafe to be in the home. I called Ben Lomond Heating. they responded the next day. They checked out the furnace and determined the crack was a was a water stain. They serviced it put in a new filter, and sent me a letter verifying every thing was running fin and in top shape.
