Plz be aware before doing any business with this guy. Gave me a run around for weeks after taking my money for parts before installing a part that wasn’t installed properly. I have messages going back and forth excuse after excuse. Same ol b.s should be reported to the better business association. DO NOT TRUST HIM!
Ben agreed to come to our home and fix a problem with our vehicle. We paid him almost $400 up front over Venmo in advance of him coming by the house. He stood us up two days in a row after giving a time to meet him. We left work early and sat waiting all evening with him not showing up and giving no warning that he was going to cancel or postpone. My first experience with Ben King went smoothly, he even told me that two parts that he replaced for my car were on him. I found out today from O'Reilly that it was never paid for. My second experience, he told me I needed a new ignition switch for my car and had to order this from the manufacturer. I waited for him to replace the part, however he contracted covid. Top notch service! My permanent mechanic! He went the extra mile diagnosing my car, had the parts the next day, and had me back on the road within hours! Highly knowledgeable and does great work…I would highly recommend using Ben King Auto Care any day for any car!
