I work at an automotive dealership and Kalvin with state farm is the only person I would ever use and is who I send all of my customers to. He is friendly, professional, fun, and best of all is that he leads with his heart and genuinely cares about his customers...
Just wanted to echo all the praise for Kal here. Everytime I've dealt with him I've been genuinely impressed with how helpful and courteous he is. Totally goes above and beyond to help and deserves whatever awards and accolades insurance folks hand out to each other. My rates are great too, basically these are the only folks I give money to every month that I have not grown to resent and don't dread having to speak to. Can't recommend them enough.
Kal is always ready to assist with any situation that needs attention. I look forward to his expertise, attention to detail and his positive kind self. I wish more companies provided this kind of service.
