Really liked in the beginning but something happened these last 2 years--really poor experiences---finding a new dentist...
Communication is very poor. I was told that a temporary filling I had put in in October would last until January when I had more insurance. In November I was told it was vital to get a permanent filling put in because temporary ones only last a couple weeks. Dr. Kaseff is very slow. My previous dentist would complete the same procedures in half the time it takes Dr. Kaseff. Unfortunately, my previous dentist is 3 hours away now. Billing is a HUGE problem. Not very friendly. Staff wasn't much nicer. I was the only patient in the building and still waited twenty minutes. Overall, I will not return.
