Tried to go to celebrate my daughter’s birthday only to told the tour was sold out for the day. We accepted that and asked if we could go into the gift shop as we had wanted to get her a sweatshirt or something as part of a birthday gift. I am beyond impressed with how they accommodated our order for my son who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. The procedures were explained clearly and followed exactly.
