Just walked in was trying to decide what we wanted was told by the staff we needed to hurry. We were not in line yet and they were not busy. The guy whistled at us to look at him and told us to tell him our order. Treated us like dirt. We said we will not be treated like that and walked off. VERY RUDE!!!
Allergies are a huge challenge when it comes to getting sweet treats in the summer for this little guy (he’s allergic to both peanuts and dairy). We were so impressed with the options offered and the well informed staff at the shop in Gatlinburg today. It was very obvious that they were well trained on allergies and it was so comforting. He was so happy. Thank you.❤️
