The guy charged us almost $10 for two kids sized ice cream. I read the recipe and told him that he overcharged us since we just got the sugar cones. But he insisted on charging us the dip cone prices even they were regular cones (which were included in the price of the ice cream already). Yeah....not coming back EVER! I also suspect he was HIGH! The guy is always gone somewhere. Ridiculous service and mostly out of flavours. Don't come here.
I love the shakes from here! Erica (Hope I spelled her name right!) was super friendly yet professional. I was short after using a voucher and the system wouldn't take my card so she used her own coins to make up for the deficit. Also made sure to wash her hands and keep things clean and sanitary. Both her and Mike are two wonderful employees who care about customer service.
Arrived before 8:30 and both employees stated the hours on the kiosk were pre-covid hours and they don’t close at 9. Meaning they must close at 8 although hours on google and the sign state 9.
