STAY AWAY FROM BEN HUR: They managed to loose two big pieces of furniture and refused to be accountable for them. One of them was an antique chair, irreplaceable, part of a group of eight! And a large Table lamp, one of a pair. Paid tons of money to Ben Hur to pack all my belongings, store them while work was done in my apartment and return them a month later. I have used Ben Hur for about 5 moves in which my 3 moves were big ones & 2 moves were small ones. All the moves went well. Their service was beyond professional & their staff was very polite and friendly. All times, the movers worked efficiently. I must say that Benhur is the best moving company among all the New York Moving Companies. I can truly rely on it.
