We’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartments have a luxurious feel with tall ceilings, a modern kitchen, and beautiful woodworking throughout. The oversized bathrooms are a great touch, and having a washer and dryer in each unit makes everyday living so much more convenient. The elevator is also a huge plus—it makes getting around easy for everyone. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-designed place to call home.

This place is the best option for a downtown flat walking distance to all local sights. Indoors road bike parking lot and high tech security. Building is great and everything has been refurbished and if lucky you might be the 1st guest so new appliances included. The Staff is very professional and always ready to support. App is great for maintenance tickets as well as payments. Highly recommendable. Cheers.
My wife and I moved here a couple weeks ago and have nothing but great things to say about the Ben Hur apartments! The hallways, lobby area, and apartment itself is beautiful! We cannot help but feel like we hit the jackpot with such an amazing and unique apartment complex!
We moved in a week or two after Ben Hur opened in August 2025. Walking through the door is like going back in time. Going down any of the upper floor hallways reminds me of old Humphrey Bogart noir films like The Maltese Falcon. The only thing missing is the excessive cigarette smoke. The old woodwork, the original stairs, apartment doors, hallway tile all give it a very classic look.
