Our deck replacement project began in November 2024 with Mike Mastowski of Ben Hill Renovations who assessed and bid the project. There were three other deck companies that submitted competing bids. Over four weeks, Mike answered many questions and revised the contract five times until I was satisfied with the specifics. Ben Hill Renovations handled some demo of an existing porch roof, window installation, gutter installation and a new roof for me. Scott, Dwayne and TJ were so kind and put me at ease with the initial assessment. TJ Morrow was my contact and he was fantastic. TJ kept me informed of the process, crew arrivals and if there were any delays. All the crews were respectful, and cleaned up the job site every night. I am very glad I chose Ben Hill and would highly recommend them for your needs.
