I am not satisfied with the quality of service provided. The work appeared rushed, and several noticeable issues were left unresolved. Despite raising concerns, I received little assistance from customer support. Overall, a frustrating experience.
Ben Hill Renovations installed four (4) windows on our home. They did an excellent job, and we were very pleased with their work. We won't hesitate to use them again for any home renovations that we need.. We highly recommend Ben Hill Renovations!!
Ben Hill Renovations completed a total renovation of our deck. Trent Bass based on our discussion made excellant recommendations which were very cost effective. The crew with Cesar from Ben Hill were always on time and worked late in the evening to finish the job. Plus Daniel Cash, Superintendent was outstanding. He was incredibly responsive-whenever we had a question or concern he would get back to us "right away". We are very well pleased with the quality of the construction, workmanship and followup.
I had a beautiful deck constructed a few years ago. My neighbors love it as much I do and due to previous storms I’ve had an inspection completed. The inspectors complimented how well constructed the deck was installed. Recently I noticed discoloration on one of the boards, I reached out to Daniel, forwarded him photos of the board, he had it repaired less than 24 hours without any issues. The worker was polite, courteous and efficient. Choosing Ben Hill Renovation was an excellent choice.
A very big thank you to Ben Hill Rennovations for making my second huge project a success. This project consisted of a beautiful screened-in porch, a beautiful new roof, new gutters, gutter guards, soffitt, and fascia all around my home. Thank you to Chris Hembree for your professional coordination work on obtaining my permit and land survey prior to the work being done.
