Ben met with me on a Thursday to discuss listing my home In Clemente Ranch. When I told him I wanted to list, he asked me how soon, and I said ASAP. Ben had photographers out to the home that Thursday evening, my home was on the MLS on Friday and it sold at full asking price the following Tuesday.
