Highly recommend Ben for any of your housing needs! He was so helpful for us as we lived out of state and answered any and all questions we had. He provided many resources for other things/professionals needed to help with this process (ex: lender/locksmith/etc) and truly made our home buying process seem so simple! Ben helped us purchase our dream home this past month. He was honest when we were looking at different houses and is very knowledgeable of home pricing. He does his due diligence to research comps carefully and is even better at communicating with the sellers side about reality of the market while not making the seller feel off put by the offer we made.
