Excellent service for my deviated septum. Very quick and knowledgeable. After surgery, he contacted me personally to see how I was healing.
I have had at least 6 appointments with Dr. Goldwyn. His interpersonal and listening skills are below average…many of his responses to my questions are either dismissive, condescending, or incomplete. I have severe ear pain when descending during air travel. He put tubes in my ears several times which definitely helped, but it is so painful when this is being done, I almost jump out of the chair. I feel demeaned when asking a question.
My experience with Dr. Goldwyn has left me deeply saddened and disappointed. I sought his expertise to have a benign parotid tumor removed, hoping for relief. Unfortunately, the outcome of the surgery has been devastating – it has resulted in permanent facial paralysis and synkinesis,robbing me of my ability to smile again, and causing a permanent shift in the course of my life.What makes matters worse is the absence of any viable solutions and the abrupt dismissal from his care. Butcher, in every way. Low class. Messed up my nose completely- I can’t breath and had to have another surgery to fix this doctor’s incompetence . Find another doctor; save yourself from lots of suffering. I would NOT recommend this doctor.
I was referred to this MD under Sutter Health's emergency code. Dr. Goldwyn decided... without seeing me or speaking with me... that I wasn't an emergency and I could wait 10-12 weeks for my first appt.. Months later I was finally seen in the Elk Grove office and my ear was in big trouble and I was, and had been, in significant pain.
