I had a lot of specific goals and wants for my first house, and he helped me look through the options and explained the pros/cons of different houses, always putting what I needed first. As a first time home buyer, Ben made it extremely easy for me to find and purchase a house. He walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond. His requirements to make the transaction go smoothly. Unfortunately the seller had some complication. Which relayed on to my end.
