Ben referred a client to me to assist with mortgage financing. What I took away immediately was how personal and dedicated Ben was to this client and their needs and objectives. As a first time home buyer, Ben made it extremely easy for me to find and purchase a house. He walked me through the entire process and went above and beyond. His requirements to make the transaction go smoothly. Unfortunately the seller had some complication. Which relayed on to my end. Ben and his team were able to sort everything out while explaining to me.What is happening. Making it so I did not have to lift an extra finger.
