Aweful plumber. Charged me a premium price for a hack job that needs to be corrected by a plumber that cares about his work. I would not recommend Benjamin Franklin plumber even to someone I didn't like.
Had them out to look at a problem and the guy did nothing but try to sell us on more and more, telling us that it could range from $ 200 to $ 2000 and he wouldn't know until he took it apart. Use caution
Horrible experience. They came to fix water purifier under sink that was leaking. Removed it and rerouted waterline. Main water valve left leaking, poor water pressure in kitchen and immediately after, my prior fully functioning dishwasher not working. Told by manager my (rather new) dishwasher just happened to stop getting water the same day they were here. They said my dishwasher uses only hot water, and they never touched the hot water line. Took 5 phone calls to reach someone.
