Good customer service is rare now days. However, Ivette always provides top-notch customer service. She goes out of her way to be kind, thoughtful, and know what her customers need. She even knows their names. I love that she treats me that way. But I love it more when I see her treat everyone with that same care and attention. 🤩 And oh yeah, the best pharmacy, yummy food and fountain drinks, and super-adorable store...all in one. Who could ask for more?

The staff is awesome and they take great care of their customers and see to it that you find everything you need. Also a great place to have some great lunch +/or take it to go. A perfect place to get a special gift for a special person too.

I LOVE Ben Franklin Apothecary. It’s always such a treat to go there for a bite of lunch and do some fun shopping. They have such unique items at great prices. And the staff there are the sweetest most helpful folks. I always look forward to going back. 💕
