I happened upon Ben & Flo's while visiting Mount Vernon, lowa yesterday. It was the equivalent of finding a precious gem. The yarn selection was lovely and varied. The proprietor, Marty was knowledgeable and friendly. Her two friends and fellow knitters present at the time were fun too. I look forward to returning to Ben & Flo's with my knitting to join these ladies for knitting, good conversation, and maybe a glass of wine. 😊
Ben and Flo’s is much more than a yarn shop. It’s a community of knitters who help and support each other.

Simply the best place! Marty is so helpful, and has a gorgeous stock of yarn and art.
If they dont have it, you dont need it, ALL THEIR YARN IS FABULOUS, you will buy it just to snuggle with!!! Cannot be a more incredible selection!!!
