This probably the best place to deliver to. Staging lot, scan QR code, fill out the form, wait for a call. If you fill out the QR code form, the will take it you are ready to be unloaded so if you are early, they will most likely get to you early. Back up to assigned door, bills in the trailer, pay capstone, pickup bills at door 45. Easy. This place has it figured out and on a multi stop load, that is appreciated.
This place is the best! Clean facility, extremely friendly staff and a setup for drivers that allows us to get some sleep when we get there if needed. I wish every facility was like this one! Thank y'all for caring about the drivers!
Been here numerous times and they get worse each time,why have guards if you have QR check in besides they are very rude takes forever to get your bills but capstone wants their money now ,will tell you to go park and they will call you when bills are ready such BS
The guy at the guard totally a jerk. I am not your dog ! I was asking just if the checking process was completed to verify because I got phone issue. Don't have to be so unprofessional and rude. Just for this reason I will never deliver a load to this place. We are not your kids or you dog of your wife. We are here for business and treat ppl like you want to keep your job. Unreal behavior
