Shad and his team were wonderful to work with after my father passed away. He was able to get everything covered through the homeowners insurance. He took care of everything and we didn’t have to do anything. He was also very helpful in the advice he gave my brother and I about our next streps!

I had an unattended death in one of our rental properties that went undiscovered for several days. Shad and his team worked hard to take care of the situation promptly and get the property safe for us to get in to. He worked directly with the insurance company to get my claim filed. When the insurance company balked, Shad knew all the applicable standards and regulations to justify the claim. Even after he had been paid and the job was finished he helped me get the insurance payment I was entitled to.
