I had an unattended death in one of our rental properties that went undiscovered for several days. Shad and his team worked hard to take care of the situation promptly and get the property safe for us to get in to. He worked directly with the insurance company to get my claim filed. When the insurance company balked, Shad knew all the applicable standards and regulations to justify the claim. Even after he had been paid and the job was finished he helped me get the insurance payment I was entitled to.
Shad was really helpful and respectful of our situation with my son passing. I cant imagine recommending anyone else with this going on. It was on Christmas. Sorry it has taken me this long to show my appreciation.
They were quick, efficient, professional and did high quality work. Definitely would recommend. They were very informative and made the whole thing much less of an ordeal. Capital guys....

I cannot say enough about this company Shad is amazing as is his team. When you are distraught from the death of a loved one, the last thing you need to worry about is the cleanup. They showed up when they said they would. They put us in a hotel and had everything completed in less than 24 hours. They took care of the insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with them.
